A new crystal of a charge‐transfer (CT) complex was prepared through supramolecular assembly and it has unique two‐dimensional (2D) morphology. The CT nature of the ground and excited states of this new Bpe‐TCNB cocrystal (BTC) were confirmed by electron spin resonance measurements, spectroscopic studies, and theoretical calculations, thus providing a comprehensive understanding of the CT interactions in organic donor–acceptor systems. And the lowest CT1 excitons are responsible for the efficient photoluminescence (ΦPL=19 %), which can actively propagate in individual 2D BTCs without anisotropy, thus implying that the optical waveguide property of the crystal is not related to the molecular stacking structure. This unique 2D CT cocrystal exhibits potential for use in functional photonic devices in the next‐generation optoelectronic communications. 相似文献

本文提出了一端起爆的线型聚能装药射流形成的不定常理论模型。根据这一模型,当金属罩在爆轰波作用下的运动速度为已知时,则不论此速度是否是时间或初始位置的函数,都能得到射流形成时的速度,质量和位置等参数。 按照本文模型,Defourneaux.M.的定常射流形成定常模型是一个简单的特例。我们利用本文的模型对等厚度装药的情况进行了计算,并与实验结果比较,两者符合良好。同时计算结果表明,考虑射流形成的不定常因素,可以较好地解释射流头部的质量堆积和射流内部的反向速度梯度等实验现象。本文的模型可以为线型聚能切割索的设计提供较为准确的理论指导。 相似文献

Electrical aspects of aircraft jet engine operation are considered. A phenomenon previously observed experimentally, namely, the disappearance of the engine current and alternating electric signal induced by the engine jet in the afterburner regime, is explained. It is shown that this phenomenon results from the detachment of electrons from negative ions when the gas temperature in the afterburner increases. This leads to an increase in the effective conductivity of the gas. As a result, the engine current circuit is closed on the internal duct walls and engine charging becomes insignificant.A physico-mathematical model of the electrical processes in the afterburner is formulated and model problems are solved. 相似文献

Based on the acoustic radiation theory of a dipole source,the influence of the transducer reception pattern is studied for magnetoacoustic tomography with magnetic induction(MAT-MI).Numerical studies are conducted to simulate acoustic pressures,waveforms,and reconstructed images with unidirectional,omnidirectional,and strong directional transducers.With the analyses of equivalent and projection sources,the influences of the model dimension and the layer effect are qualitatively analyzed to evaluate the performance of MAT-MI.Three-dimensional simulation studies show that the strong directional transducer with a large radius can reduce the influences of equivalent sources,projection sources,and the layer effect effectively,resulting in enhanced pressure and improved image contrast,which is beneficial for boundary pressure extraction in conductivity reconstruction.The reconstructed conductivity contrast images present the conductivity boundaries as stripes with different contrasts and polarities,representing the values and directions of the conductivity changes of the scanned layer.The favorable results provide solid evidence for transducer selection and suggest potential practical applications of MAT-MI in biomedical imaging. 相似文献

Charge carrier decay and diffusion in organic–inorganic CH3NH3PbI3–xClx perovskite based solar cell 下载免费PDF全文
In recent years, organic–inorganic lead halides attracted widespread interest, mainly due to their impressive photoconversion properties and low‐cost solution processing. In this study, we employed small amplitude transient photovoltage and photocurrent spectroscopy to investigate charge transport and recombination properties of perovskite CH3NH3PbI3–xClx solar cell under realistic light harvesting conditions (<1 sun). Cell structure resembles outlay commonly found in organic photovoltaics, with perovskite absorber being sandwiched between two thin layers of organic polymers. Tested device displayed high power conversion efficiency (10.3%), good fill factor and negligible hysteresis effect. Fundamental device parameters were characterized at various open‐circuit voltages (Voc) by examination of small voltage and current perturbations created by the low intensity pulsed laser excitations. The obtained results exhibit long charge carrier lifetimes and fast charge transport over the full range of applied optical bias, as well as remarkable diffusion lengths exceeding 1 μm. We report on an elastic neutron scattering study of the charge correlations in La2–xSrx CoO4 with x = 1/3, 0.4 and 0.5. We found that the checkerboard charge ordering correlations present in the x = 0.5 sample persist in the x = 0.4 and 1/3 materials. These checkerboard charge ordering correlations are robust and explain the occurrence of nano‐phase separation in layered cobaltates for Sr‐concentrations away from half‐doping. The half‐integer reflections then arise from the nanometer‐sized hole‐rich regions (blue areas in title figure) instead of the undoped ones (red areas in title figure). The appearance of nano‐phase separation is an important ingredient for understanding the formation of hour‐glass shaped magnetic excitation spectra in La2–xSrx CoO4.

A new model of nonlinear electrodynamics with two parameters is investigated. We also consider a model with one dimensional parameter. It was shown that the electric field of a point-like charge is not singular at the origin and there is the finiteness of the static electric energy of point-like charged particle. We obtain the canonical and symmetrical Belinfante energy–momentum tensors and dilatation currents. It is demonstrated that the dilatation symmetry and dual symmetry are broken in the models suggested. We have calculated the static electric energy of point-like particles. 相似文献

鉴于传统神经网络和支持向量机机理复杂、计算量大的缺陷,很难实时跟踪磷酸铁锂电池组复杂快速的内部反应,影响电池荷电状态的估算精度,提出应用一种简单、有效的极限学习机对一额定容量为100Ah、额定电压为72V的纯电动汽车磷酸铁锂电池组建模,并分别与BP神经网络、RBF神经网络、支持向量机进行对比。随后,以学习时间和泛化性能为优化目标,应用粒子群方法寻找最佳隐层节点个数。结果表明,基于极限学习机的磷酸铁锂电池组模型的学习时间、泛化性能优于BP神经网络、RBF神经网络、支持向量机;隐层节点优化后,模型的学习时间和泛化性能达到最优。 相似文献
